A little bit about what I am looking for...
Im looking for a "clean", stable, responsible, easy to get along with, drama free, tenant. Someone with common sense, who is neat and tidy, has good hygiene, and cleans up after themselves. I am social, open minded, respectful, down to earth, and value diversity and inclusion, and would like someone who is the same. 
Rent is $750 a month plus a $500 deposit on move in. Rent is due the 1st of each month. Food and personal items are not included. I would prefer someone who plans on staying a while, but short term is ok. Lease will be on a month to month basis, and a 30 day notice from either party if things change. 
*Any potential renter must have verifiable income and be able to pass a background check.
