I live close by and am renting the unit to 2 female college students, ages 23 and 25, who both have part time jobs and have lived there over 2 years. Roommates are friendly and low key - not partiers. I am renting to females only - between the ages of 19 and 35.

Lease is month-to-month with 30 day notice to vacate. Rent includes and high-speed internet, lawn service and pest control. The cost of electricity and water is shared between tenants and runs roughly $65 per person, per month. No pets. No smoking. On-site parking.
