This house was built by a master builder/carpenter for himself, and it shows from the arched doorways, rounded bull nose corners to the unique vaulted ceilings, alcoves, lofts and finishings! This one level home, (3BR 2.5BA), is secluded on 4 acres, a half acre of which is garden with about a dozen large raised garden beds, two creeks and countless fruit trees including; peach, pear, plum, apple, cherry, (and anything you sow, tend to and harvest is yours to enjoy). Wrap around porch, a detached deck with patio furniture and lighting, outside brick grill with oven. Eat-in kitchen with a pantry, skylight and new appliances. Master BR has a window seat with storage, private bath, one standard closet and one walk-in closet, two additional bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and lofts. Hardwood floors in main rooms, carpeting in bedrooms.
