*OFF-SEASON (May-November): 1-month Off-Season rate $3,500 per month plus taxes & fees. Also available for longterm lease of 6-12 months at a discounted rate of $3,000 per month (Water, Electric & Gas not included in long-term lease rate) 
*Additional fees include: exit cleaning fee ($350), Booking Fee ($100), Lorraine Lakes Registration Fee ($100 per adult) & (13%) sales & Resort taxes apply. If applicable: Pet Fee ($300) and Refundable Pet Deposit ($500)

Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations.
