The apartment is the bottom half of a house in a quiet residential neighborhood in central Berkeley, ~10-minute walk from downtown BART and ~15-minute walk to UB Berkeley campus. Roommates will be one grad student in chemistry and another TBD (bedroom also available).
Rent is $1050/month, including utilities, except $2 for each washer/dryer usage (in a shed out back). Looking for someone quiet and respectful who is taking social distancing and other COVID-related precautions seriously. No smoking, and unfortunately no pets. The bedroom will be unfurnished. Very friendly and responsive landlord!
