I'm looking for a housemate or two to occupy a room in my large Bowie house. It's a 2nd floor bedroom, about 10x13, with a large south-facing window and a spacious closet. It has bright thick carpet and colorful walls, it's a warm room.
It's being rented unfurnished, but I do have a some furniture available, including a bed, if you want to use it.
Most of the rest of the house will be shared by everyone, including a very large kitchen, common area w/ large fireplace, FiOS TV and WiFi Internet, washer/dryer, outdoor elevated deck with hot tub overlooking beautiful woods and a large unfenced yard. Two shared full bathrooms, including one right next to this room.
This is a housemates situation. You'll be expected to share the common spaces, household duties and utility payments; promptly clean up after yourself; get along with the housemates who already live there; and in general be a responsible adult. There's a written housemates agreement, for no fixed term.
