►Rental references will be obtained:
No evictions within the past five years. We also do not consider eviction judgments that were rendered during the COVID-19 Protected Period (April 1, 2020 - February 28, 2022).
Applicants must provide the information necessary to contact current/past Landlords to obtain a rental reference.
