There is plenty of parking in the back of the building, and located close by to the parking is the entrance to the apartment, which also includes a nice porch. This entrance brings you into the large kitchen, with a butlers pantry that has a gorgeous farmhouse sink and plenty of storage. The kitchen itself is large enough for a kitchen table, or an island. Off of the kitchen, you will find a COMPLETELY renovated bathroom- brand new flooring, shower/tub combo, and vanity. The living room is cozy, and has a nice storage closet- this is also where the second entrance is located, which brings you to the front of the building. The bedroom is large, and has plenty of room for extra furniture such as dressers and nightstands!

The applications take about 4-5 days to process- Once approved we will email you the lease to sign electronically- the security deposit is due upon signing.
