All persons 18+ must submit an application for screening. $75 application fee non refundable per applicant. Once approved, a non-refundable holding fee equal to the security deposit must be received within 24 hours to remove the home from advertisement. The holding fee will be applied to your security deposit once the lease agreement is executed. Unless otherwise specified in this ad, all utilities including water, gas, electric, trash and cable/internet are the responsibility of the resident to establish prior to move in date. Proof of establishment will be required before keys are provided. 
All photos, information and available properties are listed on our website: scarlettproperties.com, we ask that you come by the office Mon-Fri between 10:00am and 3:00pm to check out a key to view the properties that you are interested in BEFORE submitting your application. 
All forms of smoking are prohibited in all homes. 
Pets are NOT allowed at this property.

Applicant Instructions: 
Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and sixty (60) days proof of income, which can be attached to the application. Please note, if you are providing pay stubs and are paid bi-weekly, this would mean four (4) pay stubs are required. 
To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide two (2) years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income. PLEASE NOTE, THREE AND A HALF (3.5) TIMES THE MONTHLY RENT IN GROSS HOUSEHOLD INCOME IS REQUIRED. For properties with rents of one thousand ($1,000) dollars or greater we require credit scores of six hundred (600) and above for approval. For properties with rents below one thousand ($1,000) dollars we require credit scores of five hundred and fifty (550) and above for approval. No evictions within the last five (5) years. No Criminal History. Co-signers are permitted only for students who are currently enrolled in higher education.
