Unfurnished Maui Meadows Cottage in Gated Property with Huge Ocean Views - Spacious, open-feeling, gated property off Kumulani in Maui Meadows--1 Bedroom/1 Bath plus bonus room, fully screened in lanai, and 1 open parking stall. This cottage sits in the back of the property and is as quiet and peaceful as it gets, as long as you don’t mind the sounds of birds singing. Panoramic ocean views, coconut palm trees, sunsets, and outer island views can be enjoyed daily. During the winter months, whales can be viewed splashing around from the comforts of your home. High ceilings, ceiling fans, tile flooring, huge shower area, dishwasher, washer and dryer; and surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping.
Included utilities are water (up to $150 a month-tenant(s) responsible for any overages), standard trash service/refuse and landscaping. Tenant responsible for all other utilities-electricity, internet, cable, gas (Propane) for gas stove, gas water heater, and for any LP gas for any BBQ along with obtaining and maintaining renters insurance.
Available April 1st, 2023 for a six (6) month minimum term. 1 parking space only. If unit is rented to two tenants, then no frequent overnight guest(s) because of cesspool limitations. $2,695 a month for (2) people or a discounted rate of $2,595.00 per month plus utilities for a single person.
