1100sq ft. ohana with large private deck and yard! This property has enclosed backyard and outdoor dining area. This separate ohana sits behind a triplex and is 1 block from a secluded beach. Plenty of storage. Washer/Dryer. Centrally located near hospital, shopping & public transportation. 2 tandem parking spaces with additional parking off the road. Small pet dog considered $50 extra per month. Electric, Water, Sewer, Landscaping, Terminix Pest Control and Trash included in rent. Tenants responsible for all other utilities--There is one AC in the unit; if tenant wants additional air conditioner(s), then they pay $50 more per month per AC for electricity, and Tenants have to obtain/ maintain renter's insurance. Hot water, dryer, stove are on propane gas, which tenant pays for. There are some common areas associated with the property-there is an owners outdoor shed in the back of the property that the owners reserve the right to access at any time when they are on island and for electric meter reading on the backside of the house. When the owners are on island they are doing improvements to the property so it is very beneficial to have them here as it benefits the tenant(s). 6 month minimum term. $2,600.00 per month.
