Jackson Group Property Management, Inc. was established in 1982 and has now grown to manage over 400 units consisting of both commercial and residential properties throughout the San Francisco, CA area. We are large enough to handle any size property or portfolio yet small enough to handle the individual investment property owners.
Jackson Group Property Management is owned by Raymond Scarabosio, MPM. Raymond is a past president of the San Francisco based Professional Property Managers Association (PPMA). He is a charter member of the San Francisco Chapter of NARPM and currently serves as Past President Emeritus. He has been a member of NARPM since 1992 and has served on various committees such as Finance, Convention, Publications, and Marketing. Raymond holds the Master Property Manager (MPM) and Residential Management Professional (RMP) from the NARPM. He has been a NARPM instructor at the National Convention, past Florida, California, Texas, Washington & Colorado state conferences as well as an instructor in the NARPM designation program. He is a Past NARPM National President. At the 2001 National Convention, Raymond was presented with the President’s Award.

Raymond and the entire staff of Jackson Group Property Management continue to grow and excel from attending training seminars such as the CCRM (Certified California Resident Manager) to monthly meetings of the Professional Property Management Association. FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $500.00
Charged to the owners account and refunded if damages were not incurred during the move. The owner of the unit will charge the renters account to recoup any costs resulting from move in/out damages.
A CHARGE OF $100.00 WILL BE LEVIED
If a mover, owner or renter begins a move in/out without notifying the facilities office.
