Each home is completely separate but there are some natural overlapping areas due to the nature of 3 homes on one property thus being a good tenant; having a small footprint, being quiet and respectful is a must. 
The Ag Shed, which is the only unit being advertised here, is unique and perfect for the right tenant. It is designed as a 2 story home with acreage, pasture, and ocean views. Upon entry most of this home is on one level with its 2 bedrooms, a loft, a kitchen, 1 full bath, and 2 indoor/outdoor living room spaces all on one floor. The office space is down a set of exterior stairs below. Views from all rooms are spectacular. The screened in lanai which functions as one of the two living room spaces catches the best breezes and gives the home an outdoorsy feel.
