Our community has 24-hour emergency maintenance, a community room, fire alarm system, scheduled monthly activities, on-site laundry facilities and professional landscaping. Each apartment home features a range and refrigerator, walk-in closet and private patio or balcony. Heat, water, sewer and trash charges are included in monthly rent.
This property is subsidized for very low to moderate income households. Rent is based on 30% of the adjusted gross income, with sensitivity towards medical expenses to help reduce rent payments for those who qualify. Barrier Free units are available.
