Roaring River Furnished Basement Apartment - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom furnished basement apartment located in Roaring Rivers gated subdivision, Blowing Rock. A small, close knit, quiet community with 7 "A" frame homes. The apartment is fully furnished with quaint, cabin style decor. A queen size bed in the bedroom with 2 closets, and a standard size sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen has lots of cabinet space and includes studio size appliances, a mini fridge/freezer, convection/toaster oven, 2 ring stove top and microwave. The full size stacked washer/dryer is tucked away in the hall closet. All utilities are included. Central air is not necessary for the apartment due to the creek and shade. Heat is included, with electric energy efficient wall heaters and propane gas logs to keep you cosy in the winter. The apartment features a covered deck overlooking the large shady creek which has a deep swimming hole right next door. 
Join the rest of the neighbors in the common picnic area featuring a large fire pit and several picnic tables. Lounge in the shade with a good book on the hammock or play horseshoes on the lawn.
