Inside the home, find a bright kitchen equipped with plenty of storage space, and rich hardwood floors throughout the bedrooms and living room. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a large window to let in plenty of sunlight. One bathroom features a tiled tub/shower combo, while the other has a stand-alone shower stall, and outside you'll find the full-size stacked washer/dryer. 
Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with yard care included in the monthly rent. Heat source is electric baseboard, no AC. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent for each approved pet. Age and breed restrictions apply.
