Enjoy the sizable back yard, which is surrounded by trees and offers a charming wooded feel. There is a shared laundry room on site for tenant use, accessible off the side of the property. 
Inside, you will find a very large living room with a raised entertainment area. The paneled walls give the home a rustic cabin feel and mountain home finishes can be seen throughout. In the kitchen are wooden countertops, knotted wood cabinets, built in shelving, a stove, and refrigerator. Both bedrooms boast vaulted ceilings and spacious closets. The bathroom contains a shower tub combination, built in mirrors, and a lovely wooden vanity. 
Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water and sewer included in the monthly rent. Heat source is Kerosene monitor and propane wall heater. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent for each approved pet. Age and breed restrictions apply.
