Kitchen includes Stove and Fridge. The full bathroom is located on the north side of the unit along with the bedroom and walk in closet. This ground floor unit with one bedroom and one bathroom home sits less than a mile from the main gate to NAS Pensacola and just a short drive to Correy Station and local shopping, schools and more.

Just around the the back side of the unit is the washer and dryer which is shared with the neighboring units.
Parking area is shared with other units of the building, there is no set parking spots.
