I am currently looking for a roommate to share a cozy, clean, and spacious 2BR/2BA large apartment at the Beachwood Village Apartments in beautiful Huntington Beach, move-in date is June 1st 2023.
Hoping to find someone who is a working professional, responsible, mature, and clean. I am quiet, no drama, like a clean and organized home. 
 I like to cook, relax with a glass of wine, and watch my favorite shows on Netflix. I work M - F, 8a to 5p, so I keep a tight schedule during the week.
The room available is the Master BR, it is unfurnished, has a full bathroom, and a Heater/AC unit. Full size wall to wall closet with mirrored sliding glass doors.
Apartment is in a gated community, 2 miles from the beach, close to major freeways and shopping. Large patio that overlooks pool and hot tub. You will have an assigned parking spot, access to on-site laundry facilities, pool (with grilling access), and gym. 
Looking to share rent and utilities with a stable responsible person who is interested in a 12-month lease. Rent is $1202.50 per month and shared utilities include electric and cable/Wi-Fi. Room is unfurnished. SORRY NO PETS. NO Couples. If interested you will need to complete an application, pay an application fee ($25), and a $500 deposit. FICO Credit Score 650 or higher required.
