Ohana features a 50-inch smart TV, platform bed with new queen memory foam mattress, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, toaster oven, conductive hotplate, coffee maker, Brita water filter, glasses, cups, flatware, pots/pans, towels and bedding. washer/dryer on premises. The Ohana has been professionally cleaned and sanitized
The Ohana is located approximately four miles south of downtown Kona. Storage under the home is limited to a few items only. No smoking, drugs or pets.
Credit and background check along with a minimum 735 credit score required. We take the covid-19 virus seriously. Having been vaccinated and boosted important to us. The tenant will agree to carry Renters Insurance that covers personal property, liability and additional living expenses.
The rent is $1600 + GET (Hawaii tax) $75 = $1,675 per month + security deposit of $1,675. Total $3,350 to move in. No prorations.
