There is no smoking of any kind allowed in this unit. We also will ask that, if you have a dog, you bring them to the showing so we can confirm there will be no aggression with our dog, a border collie named Lulu. 
Date Available: Aug 1st 2022. This is a 10 month lease that will be up June 30th, 2022 with the potential of a month-to-month or year long renewal at the end of the lease.
