Moll Properties was founded by Simon and Monica Moll, both Cornell Graduates who fell in love with Ithaca and all it has to offer. Simon came all the way from Adelaide, South Australia to study at Cornell University as a graduate student and met Monica, a New Jersey transplant who was also finishing graduate school at Cornell. Having come from humble graduate student backgrounds, we understand the need for affordable quality housing for both students and young professionals in the Ithaca area. We love what we do and it shows in the quality of the management and maintenance of our properties. We strive to make the experience for all of our tenants the best possible one while they are living in our properties. Available for a mid-July move in; a studio size apartment located on West Main Street, in the Village of Dryden. This apartment sits on the 2nd floor, at the top of a large stair case. Once inside, the apartment is completely remodeled with brand new everything-brand new cabinetry, flooring, bathroom fixtures and finishes. Its size is small but value is mighty with rent including all utilities. The building has a slightly tricky parking situation; there is no off-street parking at the building but residents can utilize the municipal parking lot, just 1 block from the building. There is no laundry option at the building-the closest laundromat is less than 1 mile however. 
 
Rent is $730/month and that includes all of the apartment utilities (heat, hot water, electric, cooking). Residents are responsible for trash tags, for weekly trash removal and cable/internet service with Spectrum. We require references, security deposit and first month&apos;s rent. One (one only) cat is acceptable, with an additional, refundable deposit. We cannot permit dogs at this location. The apartment is non-smoking and is not furnished.
