Moll Properties was founded by Simon and Monica Moll, both Cornell Graduates who fell in love with Ithaca and all it has to offer. Simon came all the way from Adelaide, South Australia to study at Cornell University as a graduate student and met Monica, a New Jersey transplant who was also finishing graduate school at Cornell. Move-in date is flexible, but ideally in the month of May, June or July. Lease term of 10-12 months. Security deposit and first month&apos;s rent are required, as well as references.
