Moll Properties was founded by Simon and Monica Moll, both Cornell Graduates who fell in love with Ithaca and all it has to offer. Simon came all the way from Adelaide, South Australia to study at Cornell University as a graduate student and met Monica, a New Jersey transplant who was also finishing graduate school at Cornell. Having come from humble graduate student backgrounds, we understand the need for affordable quality housing for both students and young professionals in the Ithaca area. We love what we do and it shows in the quality of the management and maintenance of our properties. We strive to make the experience for all of our tenants the best possible one while they are living in our properties. We understand what it is like to be a student or a young professional working and studying in the Ithaca area and we aim to provide you with the best possible experience.

Bugby's Place is a graduate/professional co-op near the Commons, with eight bedrooms and four bathrooms. With one of the residents graduating in December, there will be one bedroom available in January 2020. The room is an upstairs room in the quiet back part of the house. It is a good-sized room, 12 x 16 plus two closets, with two sunny windows. It comes furnished with a new (Leesa) queen bed, desk and large bookcase. Windows have blackout curtains so you can sleep late if you want (then take the back stairs right down to the kitchen). Your own individually-controlled high-efficiency, super-quiet Mitsubishi mini-split HVAC unit for temperature control summer and winter. Bathroom share with one other resident; bathroom includes two medicine cabinets, 38" shower, plenty of linen storage.
 
The house is on the National Register and was renovated over 2017-2019 with all new plumbing, electricity, insulation, HVAC/central air, full sprinkler system. All electric high-efficiency heat pumps; no fossil fuels. Gourmet kitchen has an induction stove and other high-end appliances including two extra-large refrigerators and two sinks. Small table in kitchen and separate large dining room with dry bar. 65" ultra-high-def tv and electric fireplace in the living room. Residents keep a neat house and are either graduate students or working people. There are two kitties in the house. There is one parking space if you need it.
 
This co-op shares a private fenced-in backyard and patio with the new carriage house at the back of the lot, which is a separate 6-bedroom co-op. Covered, lockable bike storage. Extremely convenient bus stop just around the corner, and a short walk to the main bus hub.
