Moll Properties was founded by Simon and Monica Moll, both Cornell Graduates who fell in love with Ithaca and all it has to offer. Simon came all the way from Adelaide, South Australia to study at Cornell University as a graduate student and met Monica, a New Jersey transplant who was also finishing graduate school at Cornell. Having come from humble graduate student backgrounds, we understand the need for affordable quality housing for both students and young professionals in the Ithaca area. One cat or one dog is considered, with an additional, refundable, deposit-please inquire regarding pets ahead of time. An initial lease of 6 months (July 2021) is required, with the option to renew for 10-12 months thereafter. The home is not furnished and is non-smoking.
