Moll Properties was founded by Simon and Monica Moll, both Cornell Graduates who fell in love with Ithaca and all it has to offer. Simon came all the way from Adelaide, South Australia to study at Cornell University as a graduate student and met Monica, a New Jersey transplant who was also finishing graduate school at Cornell. Having come from humble graduate student backgrounds, we understand the need for affordable quality housing for both students and young professionals in the Ithaca area. We love what we do and it shows in the quality of the management and maintenance of our properties. Rent is $850/month plus utilities. All the utilities are electric and average around $80-$90 per month. Cable and internet is not included but the service is in the apartment. Storage and trash removal is included, along with snow removal and lawn mowing. There is off-street parking and coin operated washer and dryer for tenant's use. 
 
Security deposit, first month's rent and references are all required. A short term lease of 8-10 months is available, no month-month option.
