Moll Properties was founded by Simon and Monica Moll, both Cornell Graduates who fell in love with Ithaca and all it has to offer. Simon came all the way from Adelaide, South Australia to study at Cornell University as a graduate student and met Monica, a New Jersey transplant who was also finishing graduate school at Cornell. Having come from humble graduate student backgrounds, we understand the need for affordable quality housing for both students and young professionals in the Ithaca area. We love what we do and it shows in the quality of the management and maintenance of our properties. Available for an early January 2024 move in; this apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 full bath. It is on the lower level of the building (1st floor) with a few steps down to the apartment door. The apartment enters off the front of the building, along with other apartments. There is coin operated washers and dryers on site and off-street parking along the side of the building.
 
The apartment has a nice size living room, a galley style kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious bedroom and full bath. Plenty of closet space throughout! Rent is $925/month which includes heat, hot water and trash removal. Tenants are responsible for cable, internet and electric. Electric averages $35/month with NYSEG. 
 
References, security deposit and first months rent are all required. One cat is considered, with an additional deposit. An initial short term lease of 6-7 months is required; with a standard 12 month renewal thereafter. The apartment is non-smoking and is not furnished.
