Moll Properties was founded by Simon and Monica Moll, both Cornell Graduates who fell in love with Ithaca and all it has to offer. Simon came all the way from Adelaide, South Australia to study at Cornell University as a graduate student and met Monica, a New Jersey transplant who was also finishing graduate school at Cornell. Having come from humble graduate student backgrounds, we understand the need for affordable quality housing for both students and young professionals in the Ithaca area. We love what we do and it shows in the quality of the management and maintenance of our properties. This spacious and completely furnished home is available for short-term rent from late August through October.The home is located in the peaceful Cayuga Heights neighborhood of Ithaca, near Cornell University, parks, and shopping. It comes completely outfitted with everything you need for easy living: cookware, dishes, utensils, washer and dryer, ping pong table, fire pit, use of a printer, and TV with [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] you enter the front door from the covered porch, to the right is the Livingroom, then Sunroom, with treadmill. To the left is the Dining room with a table seating 4-6, then Kitchen. The TV room is adjacent to the kitchen, with a sliding glass door onto the rear deck. The basement entrance is off the TV room, and a half bathroom is off the kitchen. Laundry facilities and ping-pong table are in the basement.Upstairs, the second floor contains three bedrooms and a full bathroom: Large Master bedroom with yoga/meditation space contains a queen bed. Second bedroom with double bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double mattress below and a single above. At one end of the hallway is an alcove room with a desk and printer.Washer, dryer, and ping pong table are in the basement. The property has a large backyard that borders a small running creek on one side. The house sits up from the road with an inclined driveway and parking space for 2-3 cars.Exact rental dates are somewhat flexible and negotiable.Application and background check are required.
