Finding a place to live should be as easy as buying a cup of coffee, but it often leaves us feeling like the coffee was spilled in our laps. That’s why we’ve built a process to make it super easy to find the right fit for you, whether you’re ready to lease your own apartment long-term, want a private bedroom in a coliving community, or anything.
We’ve thoughtfully designed interesting and convenient houses at affordable prices, so you can spend more time living your life and less time stressing about where you’ll lay your head at night.

THE BEDROOMS
Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there’s no need to even bring a pillow. There are single and shared rooms, depending on availability and your price range.
* Amenities: memory-foam mattresses, memory-foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, bed linens, towels and closets/organizational tools.
* Services: Bed linens and towels will be available for you when you arrive
THE KITCHENS/DINING ROOM
The kitchen has plenty of counter space for cooking on your own or with a group, as well as updated appliances, a spacious fridge and two dining sets. The spaces are used for potluck dinners, solo meals and chats in the evening over a glass of wine.
* Amenities include a gas stove, stainless-steel fridge, microwave, large sinks, a coffee maker, a Ninja blender, an electric kettle, plenty of cabinets, cookware, tableware, cutting boards and anything else you would need in a kitchen.
* Also included: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee grounds, tea, olive oil, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.
* Security: 24/7 security in all common areas.
THE CO-WORKING SPACE
The large kitchen serves as the principal common area for the Oceanview House. This open-plan room features a large dining table with ample room for co-working. There is also desk space within the bedrooms themselves. The centerpiece of the common room is undoubtedly the stunning views of San Francisco gained from the panoramic windows. This space also includes a printer (paper and ink included) to make sure you'll always be ready to be productive
THE BATHROOMS
We provide many bathroom essentials, as well. There are five bathrooms in the Lakeview House, one private and four that are free to use regardless of which room you’re in.
* Also included: toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and small garbage bags, which will never run out! We also provide hair dryers.
