The required security deposit is equal to one full month's rent.
Tenants are responsible for all utilities (water, electricity, and gas). Tenants must allow solar panels to connect to tenant-provided Wi-Fi. Owners will keep water and electrical (Pepco) in their name, and tenants' usage will be charged back to them on a monthly basis by the property management company. Tenants will manage their own account with Washington Gas.
