The house has spectacular views of lake Winnipesaukee and the mountains. The condo is a short, two minute, walk from downtown Weirs Beach. A large deck with walk out sliders from the kitchen and living room. Primary bedroom has a King size bed and private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, and bedroom #3 has a queen with closet. Dining room and open concept kitchen with all appliances. Washer and dryer in home. NO PETS.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities: electric, heat (oil), cable/internet, water, sewer and snow removal. Subject to 8.5% Meals and Room Tax.
Just steps away from Akwa Marina, renters have full access to the Yacht Club's Amenities including A large sandy beach, custom pool, and patio, hot tub, volleyball court, bocce ball court, two outdoor fire pits, two outside pavilions. Akwa Marina Beach Bar, home of one of the best Lobster roll in NH is also located at the marina. Enjoy lunch/dinner and cocktails while sitting in the Gazebo bar or even poolside. The marina has occasional events.

Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding (15 minutes from Gunstock Ski Mtn), ice skating/pond hockey, ice fishing, and snowmobiling.
This home is a 5-minute drive to downtown Meredith, a beautiful quint lakeside town with specialty shops and restaurants. Gunstock Mountain is a 15-minute drive from door to door. Funspot, the largest arcade in the world, is a half-mile away and is a great place to take the family. Ice fishing is just steps outside the back door. The winning fishing derby fish was caught out in front of the marina in 2011 and 2012. Just a short stroll down the street is Weirs Beach. There you will find shopping, restaurants, pizza/ice cream, arcades, scenic train rides, and one of the Ports for Mount Washington Cruise Ship.
The property sits on a hill, set back 100 ft from the water, overlooking Meredith Bay. Enjoy views of Governors Island and Spindle Point.
