The garden unit has been recently remodelled, and features views from almost every room, two bedrooms, one bath, and an open-layout living/dining room with sliding doors that open to a large private view deck. It has a galley kitchen with a gorgeous view, cooktop, dishwasher, combo microwave/convection oven and a full size refrigerator. For occasional guests, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a full size washer/dryer, and wireless high speed internet so you won't miss a beat (unless you want to). The private entrance and a single car garage are accessed from the lower street for your convenience. 
Our cottage is an up/down duplex currently rented as two separate units. The units can also be rented together to accommodate larger families and groups. We have designed each unit for complete and total privacy. Each features separate, private entrances, decks and garages.
