* We require you to make at least three times the amount of rent.
* Copies of ID's
* Credit, Criminal and Eviction searches are pulled.
* $75 application fee per adult (online payment)
* Security Deposit is one month's rent with regular approval (if there is a condition, the final amount will be pending on owner's approval)
* Properties under an association will require additional association applications and fees may apply.
