The rent is $995 + electric and gas. We do not accept Section 8.

This unit has a huge eat-in kitchen (approximately 20 X 20) and 2 large bedrooms as well (approx. 14 X16). There is also a small fenced yard and off-street parking, which we plow for no additional charge. Tenant is responsible for snow removal on sidewalks and steps. In addition, included are the amenities at the Four Seasons Apartments just a block away. You can use our indoor and outdoor pools, sun deck, and our clubhouse. In the newly-remodeled clubhouse, there is an exercise facility, saunas, video games, pool table, ping-pong, fireplace, free-wireless Internet, tenant lounge w/ smart TV, and just outside is a courtyard w/ grills and picnic tables!
