515 Constitution Avenue NE is a four unit row house located in an ideal spot between Union Station and Eastern Market... easy walk to metro accessing the entire city. The house is very much in a residential neighborhood, but it is only a short walk to Barracks Row to the South and the H Street corridor to the North (more great restaurants that you'll ever be able to sample!). Just five blocks to the US Capitol, Supreme Court, and Library of Congress.
This apartment is a one bedroom unit that occupies the FULL second floor of the house... somewhere between 750 and 800 square feet. Plus, it has a screened porch out back that provides a cozy "outdoor" space right off of the bedroom.
