•	1 month of pay stubs- (ex: weekly pay- 4 pay stubs, twice a month- 2 pay stubs. All information must be attached in the link above for application to be processed. 
o	Income – Must be 2.5 times of your NET income
•	Employment Verification- Your employer must be able to verify your employment.
•	No Dispossessory's. 
•	Holding Fees-holding fees must be received in cash/money order/electronic payment and is required to hold the property.
•	First Month's Rent – This will be due the same time as your holding fee
•	Proof of established utilities is needed prior to move in
•	Properties may not be available to move into immediately once your application is processed, we can schedule a move in date and time. Some properties may take 2-3 weeks to move in. 
All rentals are on a first come first serve basis we do not hold any properties without a holding fee. 
Renters and lease renewals will be required to have rental insurance in the amount of $100,000.00 liability policy.
