1 bedroom, 1 bath pet friendly cottage within walking distance of downtown!
Centrally located to all Prescott has to offer, it is in an older, established and safe neighborhood. It is only minutes from Whiskey Row, Courthouse Square, shops, restaurants and the Rodeo grounds, where several events take place throughout the year. The Splash Pad at Granite Creek Park, also in downtown, opened in May 2021 and has been a popular summer area to play and cool down for children of all ages.
A ten minute walk along the greenbelt will take you to the center of town. You can enjoy the weekly/daily courthouse square concerts, art shows & events, shopping, dining and nightlife experience downtown has to offer. The cozy 400 sq ft cottage is ideal for a single person, a couple, or friends wanting to have a fun place to getaway. Sleeping arrangements include a cozy bedroom with a queen size bed and a standard twin size roll away bed. There is also a small couch that can be used to sleep on, however not recommended for a person over 5' tall. (If you have questions about the sleeping arrangements, please contact us before booking). Our home features its own off-street driveway with plenty of parking, private yard to enjoy sipping your coffee or cocktails outdoors and a BBQ available. The kitchenette is furnished with a sink, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, portable countertop burners, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. The bathroom has plenty of space and features a shower over a tub and a closet if you choose to hang your clothes. The main living area has a dining table to allow up to four guests or to use as a workspace, a 43” smart TV with cable and has the ability to mirror your phone and stream your Netflix or other favorite apps. Wifi is available.
We also WELCOME and LOVE well behaved fur babies with an added one-time $250 pet deposit (1 pet only please)
Smoking in the house is not allowed, an ashtray is available for smoking outdoors. Please be sure the door to the cottage is closed when smoking on the patio.
Please remember, your Security/Reservation Deposit is non-refundable if your reservation is not cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled check in.
