5. No evictions, felonies or bankruptcies. Clean background.
6. Credit report and background check and fee paid to Sound City Realty ($50.00 per adult who will be residing in home) after we have “pre-approved” you) NOTE: We don’t charge you to apply at first - we like to discuss the application with the Owner and review the requirements before we pull your credit.
