1 Bedroom Available in Detached Home with Large Yard 
I have one bedroom available for rent in my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a huge yard. The photos are fairly accurate; however, the living room and kitchen are being painted. The bedroom is about 10x11. The bathroom for this bedroom is shared with one other roommate. Utilities to be $150 per month for gas, electric, water, internet and trash. 
I'm looking for a clean, respectful roommate (female preferred) to rent on a month to month basis. I am not a clean freak by any means, but enjoy a tidy and comfortable home. I am a busy working professional in my mid 30's and am open to anyone who is similar or someone who is working towards their degree. I rarely have people over but am fine with occasional gatherings, movie nights, etc. In my spare time, I like to spend a lot of time with friends, going out to great dinners, wine nights, going to the movies, traveling and taking my dog to the park, hiking or to dog beach. It would be great if we have similar interests but it's not necessary. 
Must be comfortable with animals. I have a 7 lb chihuahua mix rescue and the other roommate has a 30 lb beagle mix and a cat. Please no other pets. We love pets but we're maxed out at three animals in the house. 
Must complete an application and meet in person prior to approval. First month's rent and deposit equal to that required to move in.
