This is a beautiful 95% upgraded unit. We are currently working on the other 5% but it’s turnkey now. 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. Brand new kitchen with brand new stainless steal and black appliances, we are changing backslash in kitchen to modernize even more, again if you need to move in immediately we can adjust. Open concept living room dining room with new paint and flooring. We are upgrading the chandelier in the dining room unless someone who wants to rent likes it.
All utilities and amenities are included in the rental price as owner has them all included in the HOA fee they pay monthly for the unit. Very nice size master with an en-suite half bath and a large walk in closet. Medium size second bedroom with a sliding door closet. Both bedroom are fully upgraded with new paint and flooring. We are however getting rid of the brass and mirrors around of two of the closets, again if you need it now we can adjust. Nice size balcony, landscaping is beautiful with walking trails, a heated seasonal pool with life guard, and tennis courts, loading docks, grocery carts we have it all. We have in unit laundry! We also have extra large w/d(s) in the basement of the building. There is a gym, game room, card room and social room on the basement level. There is a mailroom on the basement floor too. The cable and internet package include HBO, Netflix, and Prime and high speed cable plus like 300 channels. We can put DVRs in, but you have to buy your own movies that are not included on demand or extra channels. We are located a block from the Plymouth Meeting Mall and 3 blocks from 476 leading into 76 and 95. We are also about 3 miles from 202. The unit is in the Colonial School District which is in the top 5% of public schools nationally. There is so much more you get, just contact us if you are interested. It can come furnished (new furniture) or not. Price is negotiable depending on what we do or don’t do. 
These internet sites have given us a lot of trouble posting for free so if your interested come look or we can send more photos bc there are 6 storage closets in the unit, beautiful upgrades, great outdoor space, security 24/7 for the whole community and special keys to get into the building. Our lobbies our beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, limitless parking onsite for renters and owners and guests who visit for the day.
